STIELL LIMITED TRAVEL POLICY
Key Reservations will recommend the most
cost-effective accommodation
available at the traveller's destination,
however, the use of Travel
Lodges, Holiday Inn Express, Travel Inns or
equivalent should be used where
possible.
It is recommended that the sum of 85.00 pounds
room only per night should
not be exceeded for hotel accommodation except in
the London area when this
is raised to 115.00 pounds per night room only.
Any accommodation above
this will require a Divisional Manager's
approval. The only exception will
be for Ed Smyth of Alba Management when a hotel
outwith our price policy
may be asked for.
Only bed & breakfast or room only may be
invoiced back to Key Reservations.
Under no circumstances should full account back
to Key Reservations be
requested unless the booking is for Ed Smyth. If
a bed & breakfast rate is
quoted this will be invoiced back to Key, if,
however, it is a room only
rate then this is all that will be invoiced back
to Key.
All hotel requests should be submitted by e-mail
to the relevant divisional
travel co-ordinator for booking. Travel
co-ordinators should ensure that
all travel requests comply with the company
travel policy before e-mailing
via the accommodation templates to Key
Reservations. Any booker that does
not have the accommodation and conference
templates should contact our
Account Manager, Ian Nisbet at Key Reservations
immediately.
All invoices will be consolidated by Key
Reservations on a monthly basis
and sent to Helen Muir at Stiell Limited. There
will be one invoice for
each operating company along with a spreadsheet,
namely Stiell Facilities,
Stiell Process Engineering, Stiell Networks and
Alba Management Consultants
Limited. Booking co-ordinators for each division
must identify themselves
and any cost Centre when booking.
Ian Nisbet will meet with Helen Muir on a monthly
basis to go over the
management information for the previous month.
This management information
will include the bookers name for all
reservations made and any travel
co-ordinator failing to comply with our travel
policy will be brought to
Helen Muir's attention by Ian Nisbet. Ian will
also e-mail Helen Muir with
his monthly management report by the 05th of each
month.
In addition Key Reservations will provide a copy
of their Newsletter and
special offers for our Intranet.
